Network Support

Being at the cutting edge of the IT industry for over 21 Years, I found that "time and money" is wasted in the ever-increasing IT Circle, Upgrades, Repairs, Software updates.

I can offer you total peace of mind with a "Network Support Agreement". These Network Support Agreements are designed to take the day-to-day worry out of your Network, allowing you to spend more time running your business smoothly and efficiently "knowing that you have the expertise" only a phone call away, without having to employ an expensive IT Manager.

Support packs A and B, do not include Repair or Replacement parts. Any parts found to be faulty will be charged at that days current Trade Price; the labour charge or call out charge will be covered under the Network Support.

Total Network Support Cover from a little as £0.21 Per Day or Server Cover from £2.15 Per Day.

Pricing

Xircom Systems, Installation Engineers, are highly trained and have extensive experience ranging from large contracts with blue chip companies to doctors and dentists' surgeries. All our Network Cabling services are priced based on the size and infrastructure of your network. Server Support

Xircom Systems Limited will supply you a dedicated 12 months support contract. With this support contract in place, we will look after your server or servers.

Quarterly server preventative maintenance. Software update's as and when they become public domain. Unlimited support 5 day per week 52 weeks a year (excluding public holidays & weekend, "unless agreed").

Total Network Support

This support contract is an extended version of support "PACK A", but with the added value of support for all Computers on your Local Area Network.

We will evaluate the applications running on all workstations, check the speed of network traffic, user account management, user profiles and workstation configuration, add new users, remove old users "Effective Network Management"

Total Support with Hardware Repair
Or Replacement.

This is support "PACK B" but with hardware repair or replacement. Any part or component used in the daily running of your computer Network will be covered under this agreement.

Once a part is diagnosed as faulty, an engineer will be sent with a replacement part of the same make, model or newer.
