Xircom Systems Ltd, joined the growing number of companies using Remote Support to allow for faster network support direct to your desktop. This will allow us to offer remote access support from any location in the world, giving you a faster fix to your problem and keeping your staff and systems working. Xircom Systems have a varied number of Remote Access Tools, all tried and tested to offer a secure and safe connection.

Remote Support is available free to clients with a Network Support Agreement. All other will be charged at our standard Technical Support Rate of £45.00 Ex VAT Per Hour.

Step-by-step guide to connecting

Please call 07974 709833 before you click the online remote support button, so that we can make sure someone is available at the other end.

Once you have clicked the button, you will be prompted with an option to allow me to connect; click accept this will then download a small program to allow a secure connection "This may flash at the top of your internet browser as a yellow bar, if so right click and select install

This will then be followed by a dialog box asking you to Run or Save please click run followed by run again. I should then have full control of your computer.
