Technical Support

Remote Support is available free to clients with a Network Support Agreement. All other will be charged at our standard Technical Support Rate of £45.00 Ex VAT Per Hour.

Please call 07974 709833 before clicking you click the online remote support button. Just so that I can logon to my host system.

Once you have clicked the button, you will be prompted with an option to allow me to connect ; click accept this will then download a small program to allow a secure connection "This may flash at the top of your internet browser as a yellow bar, if so right click and select install"

This will then be followed by a dialog box asking you to Run or Save please click run followed by run again. I should then have full control of your computer.
